Today marks the beginning of the competition. I hope you have all put some thought into what your personal goals will be and what the course will be that you use use to attain those goals. This is going to be a great journey and I myself can't wait to see the end results. Good luck to you all and don't forget to take a before picture sometime today as well as to mark your beginning weight. I can't wait till NEXT Saturday, January 10th when we all report back here.
